Return policy

The return policy is 30-days refund garantee from the day you receive the parsel. The cancellation right can only be claimed, if the item is free from any sign of use ore damage.

Product returned to Storytelling Textiles must be securely packaged and send to the address above. You are responsible for the shipping of the returned items, and must pay the cost of return shipping.

You cannot cancel an order by not picking it up or by refusing to receive it, unless you have previously send me an email about your wish to cancel your order.

Refunds of returned products will be made within 14 days to to the same card used during your transaction, unless you’ve specifically requested otherwise. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded and neither will shipping costs.
