Payment
Payment is only by credit card. The shippng wil be within 3 business days, by Post Nord ore GLS to the address you’ve selected during your order.
The amount will not be charged before the date of shipping.

VAT
All prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe.
If you live outside the European Union, VAT is not charged, and will be deducted from the cost of payment, when I handle your order.

Return policy
The return policy is 30-days refund garantee from the day you receive the parsel. The cancellation right can only be claimed, if the item is free from any sign of use ore damage.

Product returned to Storytelling Textiles must be securely packaged and send to the address above. You are responsible for the shipping of the returned items, and must pay the cost of return shipping.

You cannot cancel an order by not picking it up or by refusing to receive it, unless you have previously send me an email about your wish to cancel your order.

Refunds of returned products will be made within 14 days to to the same card used during your transaction, unless you’ve specifically requested otherwise.

Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded and neither will shipping costs.

Personal data protection
All personal information saved at the site, will be handled with care. Storytelling Textiles will not disclose information about you or your email adress to any third parties.
 

Collecting Orders
All orders within the EU are shipped with Post Nord or GLS. Order outside EU and rest of the world will be shipped by UPS.

Shipping
We always pack and send out your order as soon as possible and no later than 4 days after the order is received. Some delay may occur due to local public holidays such as Easter, Spring break, Fall break, Christmas/New Year or summer holiday.
