Tycho Brahe

Tycho Brahe was Danish scientist, whose work in developing astronomical instruments for measuring and fixing the positions of stars, paved the way for future discoveries.
His scientific accomplishments include the discovery of the supernova, "Stella Nova" in 1572 and a series of essays on the movement of comets.

Tycho Brahe was an important adwiser for King Frederik ll, who gave him the island Hven, where he build the famos observatory Uraniborg.
